These components required absolute care to prevent any damage during the long-haul journey through varied terrain, including rural roads, bridges, and areas with limited infrastructure.
Our team began with an in-depth route risk assessment and clearance surveys. The journey involved meticulous planning from the port through challenging corridors toward the Rufiji River basin. We deployed specialized multi-axle low-bed trailers and heavy-duty prime movers to ensure stability and compliance with height and weight restrictions. Where necessary, temporary road modifications, escort vehicles, and coordination with local authorities were implemented to guarantee safe passage while minimizing disruption to communities and the environment.
